How can I pay for a training?
As a user, you have the possibility to purchase a training by yourself, using either a debit or credit card.
If you are an employer and would like to purchase trainings for multiple staff members, you have the possibility to pay via bank transfer. You can find more information here.
After I pay, how can I access the training?
When you purchase a training, you’ll receive an email confirmation that contains a link to the training. When you click on the link, it will bring your to the Driver's Seat website, specifically to the training content.
I am experiencing issues logging in, what can I do?
If you’re having trouble logging in and accessing your training, there are several troubleshooting steps that you can take before contacting Fleet Forum:
1. Re-enter your login credentials
If you receive an “invalid email or password” error message when attempting to log in, ensure that you’re using the same login credentials you set when you signed up or purchased your training. Check for any spelling errors in the email address or password.
2. Try an Alternative Browser or Device
We recommend using the most up-to-date versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to log in and access your training.
If you are using an alternative browser, try logging in to your training using one of these recommended browsers.
3. Contact Fleet Forum
If options 1 and 2 are not working, send an email to Fleet Forum and we'll help you.
I have complete the training. How can I receive my certificate?
Our training providers are monitoring your progress and will issue your certificate within a week of completing the training.
