Terms of Use
Thank you for joining Driver's Seat, the School!
By accessing Driver's Seat, the School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Fleet Forum, with registration number CHE-281.275.197, is a not-for-profit member association duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, or its nominee. Fleet Forum started Driver’s Seat, the School, in May 2020 to help managers make good use of the Coronavirus downtime by offering online trainings which could be purchased for drivers to complete at their own pace.
Fleet Forum has developed a proprietary platform ("the School") on Teachable to host multi-media courses ("Trainings") for consumption by end-users ("Learners") via Fleet Forum's properties (e.g., the Teachable website and mobile app).
Fleet Forum works with training providers, (“Associates”) to host their proprietary designed courses on the School. The Associates retains all rights of Training (except for the license rights granted to Fleet Forum through Training Partnership Agreements).
Using Driver's Seat, the School
The Trainings provide practical, flexible and convenient ways of learning knowledge, designed to fit around you and your needs.
Professional driving is a vocational skill; it cannot be learnt by online training only. The Trainings on the School are meant to impart knowledge, they are not a replacement for practical, hands-on training.
Professional drivers cannot learn to drive a vehicle online. Drivers should already have their necessary driving license and endorsements prior to undertaking the Trainings in the School.
