About this Training
The use of vehicles for the transport of personnel, food and supplies is essential for achieving mandate and programme objectives of humanitarian organisations. Drivers play a critical role in ensuring staff and community members are safe and sound.

Target Audience
This training is specifically designed for drivers that have driving experience of any type of vehicle (sedan – 4x4 – trucks). Principles that will be developed in this course can be applied to any drivers. Recommendations are based on professional skills a driver should have working in the aid sector.
This is a competency based course. The student is required to:
- progress through all the lectures in order
- view a minimum of 90% of the video content
- complete all the questions in the graded quiz at the end of the course.
Please note the student is also required to obtain a minimum 80% pass rate to achieve the basic driver competency certification.
